Whether you are a business, charity or other organisation, we can help provide a robust training package to help your staff develop an understanding of LGBTQ+ issues and guide you in supporting LGBTQ+ people within your organisation.
The training provides a safe space to allow attendees to develop their knowledge and awareness, ultimately meaning they can better support LGBTQ+ individuals. All profits raised go back into supporting the services The OutHouse provides to the LGBTQ+ community.
Our training units are for organisations across the public, private and voluntary sectors of all shapes and sizes. Sessions are run for groups of up to 20 people and can be delivered online or in-person at your offices. During each session, you will have the opportunity to ask your trainers questions. To book a session with one of our specialist LGBTQ+ Awareness trainers, email us at training@theouthouse.org.uk or call 01206 871394.
