One to One Support Service

About One to One Support

Navigating life as a member of the LGBTQ+ community can feel challenging at times; we understand that more than anyone. The OutHouse is here to help by offering an initial welcome check-in to give you an overview of all our services and to see how you are doing. From here, we can discuss how to best help you take the next steps which feel good for you.

OutHouse Services

Our one-to-ones are for all members of the LGBTQ+ community. We offer regular one-to-ones in person at our community safe space in Colchester, as well as online if you are unable to get to us.

You’ll meet with our non-judgemental specialists who will help you to identify feelings, behaviours or circumstances that can improve your confidence, self-esteem and build a community around you.

We look forward to welcoming you to this safe space and being alongside you in your next steps to feeling healthy and happy.

*It is important to note that this is not a counselling service. If you require more in- depth emotional support, you can get in touch with our Counselling Service. We can also help you with this, if it’s a bit overwhelming right now.
